Manage staff, building, programs and special projects. Train in new staff members and align all staff to GRRL mission. . Coordinate efforts between local volunteer groups and Buffalo branch. Liaise with the Library Board and City Admin. Updating branch to current community needs. Coordinating local collection management projects including new shelving.
